St Leonards-on-Sea, UK – Photek Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Andre Goodson as its new Managing Director. With over two decades of leadership experience in imaging and scientific instrumentation sectors, Andre brings a strong track record in commercial strategy, operational execution, and organisational development. His appointment marks a significant step in Photek’s ongoing strategy to expand its global presence and accelerate innovation.

In this role, Andre will lead the company’s strategic and operational functions, with a particular emphasis on aligning Photek’s commercial and operational functions to support scalable, sustainable growth. His immediate focus will include strengthening customer engagement, enhancing internal processes, and driving commercial excellence across the organisation.

Andre has held senior leadership roles in the UK and US, guiding teams through growth, transformation, and global expansion across sectors such as aerospace, defence, life sciences, and academic research – core markets for Photek
